On July 14, 2006 the penalties for a DUI  in Nebraska were increased.  Plus, the penalties increase even more if the Breath or Blood test is .15 or over.  Please note a 3rd offense over .15 is now a FELONY. Here are the penalties that you may be facing:

2nd over .15	30 days jail, $1000 fine & 1-15 year revocation	90 - 365 days jail, up to $1000 fine & 1-15 year revocation
3rd	30 days jail, $600 fine & 2-15 years revocation	90-365 days jail, $600 fine & 15 years revocation
3rd over .15	60 days jail, $1000 fine & 5-15 years revocation	6 months to 5 years jail & 15 years revocation
4th	90 days jail, $1000 fine & 15 years revocation	6 months to 5 years jail & 15 years revocation
4th over .15	120 days jail, $1000 fine & 15 years revocation	1- 25 years jail & 15 year revocation
